Found Sound
Is nearly Christmas and we have a new task. For this task we are gonna make sound without instruments, we could use different type of objects to make sound, like a can. In this task I made a small drum kit with BBQ sticks and a cookie container.
Here is my results.
Make Something That Floats!
New fresh day=New tasks! For this task we are gonna make something that floats, It could be made of sticks wood or anything else that floats. Once I started this activity I tried to use sticks but all of the sticks on my backyard was super to thin and it probably won't float, for my second idea I tried to use Jenga blocks and for my surprise it actually floats so thats what my boat is made off. For my first experiment I build a 4 block (wide) platform with tape so I can just see how good it floats. Anyways here a video of the platform I build.
For the next experiment I use a Lego car to see if the platform can withstand the weight of the Lego car
Well it turns out it can't withstand the weight of a Lego car, the problem is that the Lego car keeps slipping off the platform so my Idea to fix it is to add 4 more blocks under the platform to make it more buoyant, I guess? I think i'm using the right term.
Finally it floats with the Lego Car, this took me lot's and time and effort so for my own reward I test it on a whirlpool, Here it is!
Conclusion:
It has been a fun activity and one of my favourite ones. I'm hopping to do more of these type of activity.
Magic Trick
New Day, New task! For this task we are gonna learn how to do magic tricks by watching this video and show them to our family. Here is me taking a video showing my mum my magic trick that I learned.
For me I really Enjoyed the activity it took make couple of tries to perfect but once I did it was a masterpiece
Christmas Decoration
New Task's for today! For this task we are gonna make our own special Christmas tree decoration for this I made a bell. I chose to make a bell because is unique and simple but it has nothing to do with my family..
TimeCraft
Its the Wednesday 15 2021 and there a new Minecraft task to do in the Summer Learning Journey. For this task we travel into space so we can build better future and solving mysteries by coding, The game let's you chose your coding methods, I chose python (Coding language) since I've use blocks so many times. The game let's you chose witch timeline to fix and you could only do that 3 times. The game has many historic timeline to chose. for the 1st task the game forces you to save "jazz" in the 19's so they can just show you the basics, but once you Finnish it you can chose any timeline. for the second one i chose to do ancient Egypt because i never really got interested in ancient Egypt so thats why I chose to try it. For the task your trying to make a simple pyramid by coding it was quite simple and easy for me. At the end I really enjoyed it. For my next timeline I chose to do something about science I really don't remember what happen so I have no explanation for that timeline. At the end it was fun I learned new things about coding I really enjoy the task, I'm looking forward to the next Hour of Code task.

Draw A Geometree
A new day and a new task! For this task you are making a tree with triangles in it, it sounds simple, right? well thats what i thought. It turns out is quite hard for me in reality, I tried doing it in google drawing at 1st but it didn't turn up good. So I have one and only choice, paper. For me i'm not big fan of drawing in paper im more a fan of doing things with technology since thats how i am built. So I grab my scrapbook and stared drawing and when I finish it i was quite happy to see the success of it.

Make Something That Flies
Its Week 1 and the Summer Learning Journey Starts! For the 1st task in the Summer Learning Journey Nano Girl has setup an activity for us to do, in this activity we are gonna try to make something that flies, such as planes. Nano Girl has setup list of instructions for 3 different types of planes and these are, a traditional paper plane, a ring glider and a hoop glider. I chose to make a normal paper plane since its very easy to make but I did some testing with it. For my 1st test I measured how far does a normal size paper plane goes, Here is the Results.
The Results are 360 cm to my feet to Point of impact by using rulers.
For the next test I use a smaller paper plane (4 cm shorter in width) to see if size affect the distance the plane travels.

Preparing For Christmas
Is nearly Christmas so me and Room 6 in bubble school made a Christmas Wreath and a Christmas Tree. We use coloured paper and we rip them off to make the Christmas Wreath. For the Christmas tree we use glue to stick pasta so we can shape the Christmas Tree and then we use Golden Spray to spray our Christmas Tree.

It's still term 3 and we are still sitting and staring our screens for hours, the Auckland Museum had to be close due to Covid. Luckily the Auckland Museum have its own website which we can read or watch famous history such as volcanoes, ancient Egypt and a special war memorial section. The Auckland Museum have a quiz for people to do it it is very simple and fun. In this occasion i chosen to do a quiz about Egypt.

Lockdown Challenge#2
In this Challenge there were 2 task and the 1st task was to make a custom Mask by using a bandana or a cloth square and 2 hair ties without sewing it
The 2nd task was to make sheet of instruction of something like a toasted bread but in my case I did Pikelets

Tokyo is located on Honshu Island and it is in the Kanto Region. It is also 100km away from Mt Fuji or in Japanese “Fuji-san”.

The estimated population of Tokyo is 13,960,236 (This can change at any time) and the estimated population of Tokyo 2020 was 37,393,000.
History It all started around 400 years ago it was originally called/named “Edo” it was a small fishing village. Tokyo/Edo became the capital of Japan during the Meiji era (1868-1912). In 1945 Tokyo was heavily bombed by The U.S during the Second World War. After the war, Tokyo and the other cities of Japan focused on the economy/money by selling books, TV, cars, etc.

St Pats Day!
On Wednesday 17 of March 2021 St Patrick School celebrated St Pat’s Day. We all started a morning prayer to remember St Patrick at The Canopy, It was a very short morning prayer after that we all Change into our P.E Gear and then we went to go get our morning tea.
When the bell rings all of us went to sit in the Canopy in our houses. After that we were sorted into teams. There were 10 Teams and each one of them had 1 Leader and 1 Deputy Leader and the rest were normal teammates normally 4-6. I was Chosen Deputy Leader and the Leader was another senior are team name was called: Tipperary. Tipperary was placed in ireland.
After that We were told Instructions and given a piece of paper which told where to go/Instructions and List of are Teammates after that a bell rang which means we have to go are 1st activity.
Our 1st Activity was Room-6, our job was to Skip by using ropes all the way to the cones and then Jump 5 times, but most of my team could’t skip so instead we run and jumped 5 times. We started very well and we kept winning but people started complaining about us because we have less teammates and fast people so one person on our team has to run and jump twice, nothing really happened we just won and earned extra points.
Next Game was with Room-8. We line straight so we can get extra points. The Objective of the game is to go around a cone and come back, but it's harder than you think. You have to tie one of your teammates and try to walk. You have to synchronise with your teammate this why it's so difficult. Their strategy was to Jump Together this made it easier and much more faster. We dominate the other team and earn Lots of points.
The Next Game was Ki o’rahi Golden Child with Room-7 this is a very simple game there is 2 Team Called “Kia oma” and “Taniwha”. Kia Oma Job is to hit the Tupo/Rock once they hit the person running in Kia oma, the Person Has to stop but they are not yet Out. Kia Oma Job is to Hit the Pou around the field They Look Like Long poles and go to the ice bridge then the next person turns and the last person of Kia oma was called the golden child. The golden child job is to save the people who got out by the Taniwha. There is one role left, their name is the guardians. The Guardians name was to protect the rock there always 2 People protecting it. After the Briefing we started playing. The team was set to Kia oma normally they would switch over once a round is over. We had a Great Game and Currently we had lots of points.
Next game was about basketball. Unfortunately, I had to do something so I missed out on the game but luckily we earned points. So the next Game was bowling is just the same thing as the normal game. We also earn lots of points and then finally after many hours it's over We all line up and share some ice block and announce the winner, the winner is our team Tipperary.
it was very fun Day everybody enjoy it but it was exhausting
